Für öffentliche Ladesäulen brauchst Du am besten ein 3 phasiges Typ2 Ladekabel.
Es geht auch notfalls einphasig, da er ja nur einphasig lädt, so hast Du aber was für die Zukunft
Zunächst willkommen im Forum.
Ich glaube mit den Fehlern bei 4xe Modellen ist noch keine Werkstatt so richtig vertraut. Da muss immer Kontakt zum Support aufgenommen werden. Ist halt Neuland.
Ansonsten kann ich das Gesagte nur unterstreichen, dokumentiere alles, falls die Zukunft andere Pläne hervorbringt.
Aber es muss ja nicht so schlimm kommen.
