"milky" image on rear camera after software update u connect

    Good afternoon everyone,


    Maybe this question and problem was thrown in the forum before, but I couldn't find the correct workaround.
    Since I updated my software to the latest version, the image of my rear camera is "milk" (too light).
    How can this be solved ? (I think I read something about getting into the service mode, and resetting the U connect).
    Can someone help me out ?

    This helps others in this forum after update:


    1: secret menue: push volume+ and volume- together or temperature+ and temperature- together ( i dont know excactly, one was dealer and one was secret menue. Try both)
    2. in secret menue do a factory reset
    3. after factory reset is something down....because that is to do:


    Engine off....drivers door open and close.....wait for all down (light etc.)
    Then start engine and wait a minute.

    Then start engine and wait a minute.


    Do this 2, 3, or 4 times....then uconnect have again all functions after 10-15 min. Hope this helps.

    Hi Seven, Suchfunktion ist immer gut. Aber diesen Thread habe ich jetzt nach vielen Versuchen leider auch nicht finden können, weder in den Unterforen, noch vom Portal aus mit der Funktion 'In allen Foren suchen'.


    Wenn Du weißt wo das steht wäre ein Link dorthin hier hilfreich.
