  • Hallo Germaneon,
    erstmal viele Grüße und ich brauche deine Hilfe wenn möglich.
    Ich habe einen Jeep´Compass und bei mir ist auch der Ladeboden auf beiden Seiten gebrochen, jetzt habe ich im Forum ein Bild von Dir gesehen indem die Verkleidungen bei Mopar nur 160 US Dollar kosten anstatt 510 EUR bei meinem Händler, leider ist es mir nicht gelungen die Seite zu finden oder zu öffnen. Es wäre echt supernett wenn Du mir da mal einen Link schicken könntest:).

    I am thinking about skid plates and aloft kit for the compi.


    There are companies in the USA that make skid plates and lift kits for the mx model compass. I do not know if it is allowed here here Germany. I would like to go to a bigger tire also but do lot know where to start. I would like to go with a good atr tire with ms. I do know anything about that either.


    What do you think?

    • Well, the problem is that you basically need certificates for almost all aftermarket stuff in Germany. No matter whether different tires or skid plates.
      Though I think that skid plates might not be a real problem since a TÜV inspector hardly can tell whether your Compass came stock with those plates or not.

  • Servus!! Did your Compass come?? I have had no big problems yet. The color is a HAMMER and I took the 17 rims from the dealer... normal alu jeep rims. I am getting 6.8ltr in milage. Not bad. I bought the loading bumper gaurd ladekante schutz and a smaller antenna today. I got tired if climbing up on the tires to take of and put on the antenna, very nerving.

    • According to Jeep my Compass is in the KZ shipping status. I hope it'll be delivered in April. I'm looking forward so much!
      The short mast antenna is one of the things I wanna change, too. :1f600:

  • Reiffen grosse sind 225 60 17R. Just got thru checking. I think that the rims look very good and I am satisfied with them. Naturally 18 would be better for the optik and handeling. I Have 19 for summer that is ok also. It will take a little time for the aftermarket to catch up and I think the rims from Jeep are good also.

  • By buying the rims from jeep you can't go wrong.

    I think for right now felgen from jeep is right and you can't go wrong.
